Utada Hikaru is one of Japan's best known female pop icons. She deserves credit for being more than just an idol though, since she composes all her own music and lyrics and does not depend solely on her looks to succeed. Her latest single, Passion, is the theme to Square Enix's "Kingdom Hearts II". The single is a melodious blend of creative drums beats and powerful vocals; creating a haunting and dare I say "passionate" song. Definitely worth listening to if you're an Utada fan and will also please fans of almost any mainstream genre.
